My college friend Melissa, my friend's daughter, Jessica, and so many other women and men have fought and still fight before us. RIBBONS OF HOPE 2013
For many reasons, my Ribbons of Hope campaign continues. Supporting Breast Cancer Research, Supporting Women who are being challenged with the diagnosis of Breast Cancer, and for the many women who don't yet know because they cannot afford a mammogram... 
$ 81.00 is the average cost of a Mammogram. The Ribbon campaign will continue. Original Artwork (like the Ribbon for Jessica shown above) and Limited Edition Prints, Notecards, and Ornaments with Ribbons and Roses are available for purchase.

Jessica's Ribbon
This year has been filled with hope, prayers and healing for Melissa and several other women I know. Melissa, Beverly, Jill, Jessica, and countless others, ranging in age from 22 years young, to 68 years strong. Mothers, Sisters, Daughters, Grandmothers, Aunts, Friends,.... it is still a fight, and still a prayer and a smile.
The image above is one of a Mixed Medium Collection - Limited Edition Artwork... created solely to inspire and share Jessica's story. All money raised from this piece of art... will go directly to Jessica's family for upcoming medical expenses and other hardships that may not yet be realized.
